Purchasing gear from us should be worry-free. We design our products to last, so if something get broken we fix it, no matter how old your Helsport gear might be.
The best service
Providing excellent service is a high priority for us. Because we make repairs throughout our product's entire life-cycle, many people trust us when purchasing a new product. On request, we can also make alterations on our tents such as adding storm flaps or an extra vent. With service departments in both Norway and Germany we're able to provide the necessary service promptly and efficiently, meaning your product is back to you as quickly as possible.
We provide everyone who purchases a Helsport product the following warranties:
We care about the environment and therefore encourage long-term use of our products. Our service departments in Norway and Germany can make repairs throughout the product's entire life-cycle.
Spare parts warranty
We guarantee delivery of spare parts for at least 10 years. If your product is older and we no longer have the original spare part, we will always find a solution.
We guarantee all our products for 5 years. The warranty does not include damage due to accident, improper use, alterations, other changes or natural breakdown
of colors and materials over a long period of time and usage. Even if the warranty is expired or does not apply, we will always help if something happens to your product.
Helsport Service Form
Helsport develop and produce products of the highest quality and have a 5 year warranty on all materials and components. If you experience an issue with your product that should be covered by this warranty, please fill out our service form and send it to [email protected] Our service department will get back to you as soon as possible with information on how we can help.
If it's not a warranty case, but you want to send a product to us for repair or modification requests, fill out the same form and send it to Outdoor Service Team together with your product.
